I am a female engineer from India with 6 years of work experience, including over 4.5 years at one of the FAANG companies. Currently, I work as a business analyst and lead a team of analysts. I have experience in people management of over 3 years and can obtain strong letters of recommendation from top management. Additionally, I achieved a GMAT score of 740. My goal is to target M7 schools, with HBS being my dream school. Although my extracurricular activities are limited to playing table tennis at the undergraduate level, I am willing to enhance this aspect of my profile by volunteering with NGOs, among other activities. Should I consider retaking the GMAT, or is my score sufficient? Also should I to focus on developing my extracurriculars or on preparing my essays?
