You've got some strong experience but there are a few challenges that you'll need to overcome: 1) You're coming from a super competitive demographic as I'm sure you know, and it's one that has very high GMATs (740+) so your score will be on the low end, which could raise concerns 2) You are quite a bit above the average age for a full time program & especially given the strength of your experience, the adcom will likely wonder if you still need the degree. It becomes harder to make a why MBA argument - and the argument they want to see is one based on skill gaps, not one that talks at all about the "credibility" that comes with an MBA.

That said, if you are open to PT or EMBA programs you'd be an awesome fit for those - it would give you access to the same professors, network, etc but your age would not be a factor nor would you GMAT (since scores tend to be lower for these programs). I think the CBS & Kellogg full time programs would both be in the reach category but you'd be competitive for CBS EMBA for sure as well as other top PT or EMBA programs.

Hope that helps!
