Very nice GMAT to start off with. :) That will be a huge help.


Overall, looking into your profile, things seem pretty good. Your family business seems to be of decent size, and actually if it's large enough they could make just as interesting goals as your current proposal, although of course going into consulting is a fine goal for Post-MBA.

As for your school strategy, it's something that needs a bit more digging, but offhand I'd say that Top 10 is a bit of a stretch, and Top 20 is your sweet spot. But that you should still give some applications for top 10, because with a great application there is a chance. But hedge for your demographics.
