I am planning to submit my application in R1, but I struggling to figure out how competitive my application is, so your review could be very helpful.

Demographics: Male, 28, East European
· Education: BBA, graduated in 2014 with GPA 3.54 from Top business school in my country.
· Other coursework or post-undergraduate education: ACCA member
· GMAT or GRE : 710 Q:50 V:36 IR:6 AWA: waiting for result
· Work experience (highlight amount of work experience, industries, roles, promotions, special accomplishments, international exposure): During senior year in university started internship in EY, after which I got the offer. During first year at EY, despite short time in the company I was in charge of two projects. Both of them I finished successfully so was promoted to next level with excellent reviews. I spent another year in EY working on the most complicated projects.
After EY, I moved to industry, specifically Energy. I spent almost one year in one of the biggest energy corporations, successfully implementing ERP introduction and reporting automation projects. After that got offer from another energy and utility company and joined the company as senior financial analyst. Only after 10 month was promoted to head of the analytical department. I have been in this position for 2.5 years building team of analysts from 2 to 11 and leading several major processes in the company.
· Extracurricular activities : During university I was actively involved in university life: volunteered with Marketing staff to promote our school. I was vice president of Cinema Club and member of Eurpian Youth Parlament. Additionally, I during last year of the school I was leader of freshmen students during their practical courses. After graduating I was participating twice a year in marathons for charity purposes.
· Post-MBA goals: I want to move my career on international level, my target industry is consulting. After several years of international experience I want to return to my home country and establish my own consulting company.
· Target schools: HBS, GSB, Booth, Kellogg, MIT, Barkley, Columbia, Wharton.
· Other information relevant to your profile: Considering retaking GMAT in August.
