Hi Asood,
I always find it hard to do profile evaluations on a slender list of entries. There's not much to go off of other than basic information like comparing your stats to published averages. So I'll say - your GMAT score is a bit low for some of your targets, and especially when considering that you come from a pretty popular profile with many high scoring applicants in your category, you might consider a retake. You got an excellent Quant score, so if you can just bring up your Verbal a bit, you'd be better positioned. And - you might have time to do it, because you're a bit young for many of these schools as well - with average work experience closer to 5, 6 and up years at matriculation, you might be best off getting some more experience before applying (but not just time served, add leadership!) Your GPA looks quite high to me if I'm understanding it correctly, but I'm less familiar with your undergrad institution than some others like IIT, BITS, so I don't know how that affects your candidacy. I'm also not sure what you are doing at ALSTOM apart from work that is sort of like project management in some way, but hopefully you've had a track record of progression and lots of leadership. If not, do your best to raise your hand for this kind of work. I'd recommend getting some community service going - looks like you maybe haven't done much since college, so if you have an opportunity to make a difference in some way, I'd try to add it!
I am wishing you the best of luck!
Warmly,
