Thanks for your post. It sounds like you are thinking ahead which always helps, so good for you. Your grades and GPA are solid, and I like the international ex-pat work experience so be sure to highlight what you feel you learned or gained through that. At the moment your school list looks slightly ambitious, but I don't have the full picture of your resume, or know your goals etc. Schools will look for evidence of leadership, and making an impact, and what you achieved vs your peers, and how you stack up against similar applicants. So in terms of what to focus on in the coming 9 months.... if there are any actions you can take at work to strengthen those facets, that would be key. Also consider community involvement, and finally take some time to do your research, related to your career plan and to getting to know specific schools quite well (speak with people, go to events, read blogs, etc).
