If you are targeting a program of that length, you probably want to go for a Masters in Real Estate (or similar type of degree) rather than the MBA. It's likely more relevant for your goals. You also want to target a program that is international in nature so you can recruit for Dubai. Take a look at many of the usual suspects:

Penn (Wharton)
MIT
Harvard (the program is relatively new but could be worth checking out)
University of Southern California (USC)
Columbia University
Cornell University
