Hi, Please help evaluate my profile
· Demographics (nationality, gender): Vietnamese/Pacific Islander American Immigrant, Female, LGBTQ, first-gen college grad, lived in 6 different countries/3 continents, applying R1 2021
· Education (undergraduate institution, GPA, major - high school/entrance exams not needed):
- The University of Georgia, 3.88, Management Information Systems
- I know high school is not needed but I was given a full-ride high school scholarship by Singaporean Ministry of Education
· Other coursework or post-undergraduate education:
- Certified Information System Auditor
· GMAT or GRE (include section breakdown):
Expected 740 (Q49, V43-44)
· Work experience (highlight amount of work experience, industries, roles, promotions, special accomplishments, international exposure):
- 3 years 8 months: Sr IT Risk Advisor at a non-big 4, international Public Accounting firm
Early Senior promotions
Lead several multi-million projects
Trained 10 employees/ interns
Led teams of 5
- Financial advisor of a social enterprise during college
· Extracurricular activities (highlight notable undergraduate and post-undergraduate ones):
- Took a gap year after high school to lead an international team to India and Thailand to build schools and teach English to slum children
- Finance Chair of Women in Tech College chapter
- Active mentor of Big Brothers, Big Sisters since after college
- Logistic head of my neighborhood delivery team: We deliver groceries to seniors/ at-risk people in our neighborhood during COVID time
· Post-MBA goals:
- I want to build a social enterprise focusing on helping LGBTQ Minorities connect and advance their career. Growing up, I was not able to get the help I needed and had to make everything happen myself. I want future LGBTQ Minorities to have a safe space to be who they are while building meaningful professional connections.

Stanford, Harvard, Haas, MIT, Booth, Kellogg, Columbia, Wharton, UCLA, USC (in this order)

· Any specific questions you would like answered by our team:
Can you help me sort my target schools into different groups depending on how possible it is for me to get it? What do you think is a weak point in my profile? I am not very confident in my work experience since I don't have big company names and a longer work experience. What can I do between now and the time I apply to strengthen my profile? Should I switch companies? Also, I am planning on applying Consortium because I have good EC focusing on minority communities.

Hi, and thanks for writing! You have a well-rounded profile with strong academics (pending the GMAT score), progressive work experience with leadership and an international component, and a track record of community involvement. Here are a couple thoughts:
1.) Regarding your stated goal: I think it's very meaningful and noble, but I would recommend framing it as a long-term goal since that will be seen as more realistic, and identifying a post-MBA goal (perhaps consulting?) that would help you attain the skills you need to make the long-term goal a reality
2.) Based on the info you've provided, I think UCLA and USC are quite attainable. The others are more of a reach, but are not out of the realm of possibility if you execute strong applications and secure outstanding recommendations. It's ok that you haven't worked for a major firm - schools are most interested in the impact you've made and the leadership you've demonstrated. I would also consider adding Michigan Ross and Duke Fuqua to your list, given their strengths in social impact
