Hey guys 
This September, I'm going to start my MS Eco degree and after that, I plan to pursue a PhD in Economics in the United States. Provided that I get into a PhD program and get my doctorate, what are the chances I can find a job and settle in the US? My sole purpose is to emigrate to the US, so what do you guys think? Is is doable?

During you study, you will (and must interact) with different organizations. Your university may offer you to stay and teach in it. Also, US has many institutions that are research-based and you can apply to work in one of them. You may consider contacting them during your study. You may think doing a research for them and hence they will know your capabilities. this is kind of positive networking. Your professors may be a great gate to opportunities if you can establish good relations and performance.
Consider plan B, you may use your Phd in other places in Europe as some countries value the American degree, especially from well-known schools.

This depends on a lot of things.
1) School you will be getting your PhD at
2) research and publication record as a PhD student
3) recommendations and networking with faculty members from ALL OVER
I will hopefully be starting my PhD next fall and I just started the entire application process including GMAT
Where are you from if you don't mind me asking and where are you getting your masters at?
What I have observed is that most PhD students (at least in my field) are from East Asia and that means universities must prefer these students.
I am assuming it is because of their strong quant skills. If you are one of them, consider yourself lucky.
