bblast - yea I just took the mba.com one with the 2 free tests thing yesterday, I think thats the "powerprep". In reviewing what I got wrong, it was mostly stupid mistakes, I think I just need to slow down. The point being that I can see it being possible that the
MGMAT is on the whole a bit harder, but I don't think by much. If it is any indication, the GMAT Club score predictor has a -10 pt estimator against the real GMAT, indicating that the
MGMAT may be slightly *easier* than the real thing. Maybe this penalty is due to some other factors that I just don't know about.
gmatpapa - yea I take those
GMAT Club tests with a grain of salt. They need to improve the percentile calculation. It does not account for people who drill it over and over and eventually get 100%, so there is a HUGE skew towards 100%. Seeing as how I usually get 22 to 27 ish correct on GC tests, I think your estimate of 30+ = Q50 ish is quite accurate, as I bounce around Q43 to Q47.
anyways, its home stretch for me. thanks for the insight.
