The verb to comprise refers to the noun report. Thus, it should be "I want to be clear on all the things the report comprises of"

Let me come to ‘comprise or comprises’ later. But the sentence suffers another idiomatic error. You never say ‘comprises of” You just say comprise. The verb ‘comprise’ does not take a preposition after it. Comprise literally means ‘include’. Don’t we always say ‘something includes something’ and not 'something includes of something’. (Another verb that almost never takes any preposition in GMAT is ‘consider’ when used in the meaning of deem)
Now, what comprise or comprises? The report- ok! The report is singular.
The report comprises and never comprise. Please do not confuse the object of verb ‘all the things’ as the subject. It is the number of the subject that decides the number of the verb and not the object.
