Hello I have a query regarding recommendations
For all you folks who have applied in the previous rounds -

In case one of your recommendations isn't finalized until the deadline is it alright (By finalized I mean, the recommender has not uploaded it)

Supposedly there is an informal grace period and it is OK. Better to call them and confirm though.

Yes there's a 7 day period during which they still accept recommendations but as mentioned by DrZ it would be best to call/e-mail and let them know in advance.

Agree with the above advice, best to call or even meet them to communicate how important to you this is, and express how thankful you are. It would also help if your recommenders are aligned with what you want them to highlight in their recommendations.

All the best!
