para1
with the CDR strategy proposed and the set up of an expected measurable goal for the amount of CO2 can be reduced, there still pose doubts for whether these goals could be achieved

para2
even if we could reach the goal, the equilibrium mechanism of ocean CO2 clearance, which mostly occur naturally, will still further complicated the estimation of the amount of CO2 being removed and cast doubt on the effect of CDR strategy in para1

para3
even if the mechanism of CO2 removal is combined with the synergy of ocean and forest land, happen naturally or done deliberately, the uncertainty still exist for to what extent the mechanism in para2 could works, there’s still lack of confidence to conclude to those doubts, especially in the future
