Hey guys,
I had an appointment for the GMAT this morning but my proctor wasn’t able to start the test. She wasn’t able to insert a valid code. Therefore my test was postponed.
Sadly the deadline for my desired master program is the end of May so I won’t be able to submit a GMAT score in time.
Is it possible to get a refund in this case?

As per teh situation explained there is good possibility of getting a refund. You should write an e-mail to the MBA.com helpline or call them to confirm.

For me also similar issue. My exam is scheduled on July 26th, After proctor entered the exam code, Exam didn't launched and now the status of the appointment is showing as Technical Error. I have raised the ticket but no response. Its been a week already. My friend in USA tried to call to the USA number : +1-703-668-9600.But, it will be in on hold and nobody is picking. Kindly let me know, if you issue is resolved or any update that you get from the GMAC
