Hi nikhilgaur40,

Getting the list of Indian schools is the easy part. There are enough and more articles available to get that information. What is more important is to understand what is the best fit for you.

Top Indian Schools

IIM Ahmedabad , IIM Bangalore , ISB , IIM Kolkatta, IIM Lucknow , XLRI GMP program.

Most of the IIM's have very specific eligibility criteria for their 1 year MBA program ( not the same as their flagship 2-year programs which are through CAT and not GMAT especially if you are an Indian Applicant)

IIM A   - Taken from their website

A) A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any discipline. (Minimum 15 years of study as per the education system in India i.e. 10 + 2 + 3 or 4 as the case may be.)

B) PGPX 20-21 commencing in April 2020, the candidate should have completed 25 years of age by March 31, 2020, i.e. must be born on or before March 31, 1995.) There is no upper age limit.

C) A valid GMAT/GRE score (GMAT/GRE scores are valid for five years form the date to the application deadline date of the round in which candidate is applying. The earliest acceptable GMAT/GRE test date for the two rounds are - Round 1: August 28, 2014 Round 2: October 25, 2014.

D) Minimum 4 years of full-time work experience after completion of graduation as on March 31, 2020

IIM Bangalore

A) Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent Cumulative Grade Point
Average,

B) Minimum 5 years (and preferably less than 12 years) of work experience after completion of graduation (as on March 31, 2020),

C) A valid GMAT or GRE score.

IIM Kolkata

A) A bachelor's degree (minimum 10+2+3 years of formal education) or equivalent in any discipline

B) At least 5 years of full-time post qualification managerial/professional experience as on March 31, 2020.

C) Valid GMAT Score (taken within last 36 months of application date).

IIM Lucknow

A) Executives with Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or an equivalent academic pursuit (i.e., 10+2+3), with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA;

B) GMAT score Valid for 5 years

C) A minimum of 5 years of full-time post-qualification (after graduation) managerial experience as on March 31, 2020; 
(Managerial or Professional Experience Certificate or Pay Slips would be required as proof)

ISB

A) Bachelors degree or equivalent in any discipline

B) Valid GMAT / GRE score

C) At least 24 months of full-time work experience by March 31, 2020

TOEFL / IELTS / PTE score (only if the language of instruction at the undergraduate study level is not English)

XLRI GMP Program

A) Candidates must hold a recognized bachelor's degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline with at least 5 years of managerial/supervisory experience by March 31, 2020.

B) PGDM (GMP) candidate may choose to apply through XAT 2020 or GMAT score
