Jellybean=JB=3 Vs Non-Jellybean=NJB=7

JB*JB*JB
+
JB*NJB*JB
+
NJB*JB

Only favorable cases:
$$\frac{3}{10}*\frac{2}{9}*\frac{1}{8}+\frac{3}{10}*\frac{7}{9}*\frac{2}{8}+\frac{7}{10}*\frac{3}{9}$$

Jack picks Jelly bean first and second:
3/10*2/9*1/8 = 1/120
Jack picks jelly bean only first:
3/10*7/9*2/8 = 7/120
Jack picks no jelly bean:
7/10*3/9 = 7/30
