Led and managed a diverse team of Indian, Algerian, experienced and fresh Field Operators, Control Room Operators to successful commissioning and start-up of the gas facility without any accident.
Deal with multiple stakeholders including client, vendors, sub-contractors etc.
Worked at one of the remotest locations in the Sahara Desert in extreme climate without failing to meet deadlines.
Confirmed and then promoted thrice in 5 years.

Your profile is decent for your target Bschools.
What works in your favour- international exposure, career “spikes” which includes 3 promotions in a short span of time, leadership abilities as you have led teams , grant by GOI
what can be improved- GMAT
A 680 might get you an interview invite from IIMs and ISB with your profile however unless you have stellar essays with utmost post MBA goal clarity and a killer interview- it will be tricky
It all boil downs to how you showcase what you have done in essays and your story
Try to improve the score and your chances will go significantly up. However a good GMAT does not guarantee admission without essays and interview
