Dear Aditya,
Well you have a quite nice profile, I think. For me, reading through your text above, the most interesting and impressive fact is your growing Fuel Gel business. It seems like things are going well for you, and this successful entrepreneurial venture should really make a difference. Another strength is that you are a graduate from NIT with excellent grades.
Your GMAT could be a bit higher for an Indian candidate, but since the rest is quite strong and your school list is reasonable, I don't think that this should present a real obstacle.
For your goals, I think maybe things are heading in too many directions - I mean you DO have good construction experience, but at the same time are running this other business. My advice would be to go for something a weeeee bit more traditional i.e. moving up in construction - joining a huge global firm, becoming manager, and then regional manager and then CEO (for example).
So things look good, I'd love to see a biiiiit more about your extras, but basically, you are off to a good start.

Dear Jon,
Thanks for that motivational reply.
There are two things that I missed up there. But basically both of them belong to the Social Cause namely:
1. I have initiated Beggar Upliftment Programme in Doosan, India under which I am teaching beggars at various beggar homes in Delhi. Providing them elementary knowledge so that they are able to get a work. Something like working as a Security Guard or something. Although, it is quite a tough situation for me at the moment but I m putting all my efforts towards it.
2. I am a member of the Swach Bharat Abhyaan- Gurgaon Chapter, Doosan India. Through this, we are trying to create an awareness among the locals to have a neat environment and help in making the city a better place to live in.
Extras I have to my credit except this are:
1. Captain of the Doosan Cricket League in 2011 under which my team won the tounament.
2. Won the First prize in Architect- City Planning completition, Second Prize in Design Concrete Competition and membership certificates for national level events of college like confluence, Literati etc. (I dont know whether these things make a difference.
)In addition to the above, I will get some excellent recommendations from my boss and Head of the Department- Plant Engineering in my company.
Coming to the Fuel gel business, its doing wonders for me at the moment. I am emotionally connected to it as I started it from Scratch but at the same time my main aim in life is to work in the construction Industry.As I know big firms in the construction industry quite well, my knowledge about their finances in particular is good enough( Financial evaluation of Companies helped me). Currently, the Indian Construction Industry is the second biggest economic pill for GDP after agriculture and seeing most of the big firms going into Corporate Debt restructuring, I feel like working for this sector more because of the challenges. This is my main inspiration for working in the construction sector.
So I would streamline it by focusing at the construction sector and at the same time giving importance to Fuel gel Business in essays.
Please let me know about the safe ones from the above list and ones that would be a stretch.
Also if you can enlighten me for INSEAD in particular. What strategy can I apply keeping my aim and Fuel gel business in mind to get into my Dream school!
