Your profile fits the typical Indian candidate. However, it is above the average GMAT score of all the above 3 schools. As an Ivey Alum, I can say that Rotman and Ivey are slightly more competitive than Schulich but your chances completely depend on your complete profile. Make sure to prepare a stellar application package and grab Adcom's attention. Furthermore, Ivey has already started receiving applications for Class of 2019. It is a good time to start working on your application.
