Hi Sangam1994,

When you say that you want to 'reset' your CATs, which specific Exams are you referring to?

The most realistic CATs available are the 6 from GMAC, but retaking a CAT that you've already taken is NOT a realistic way to assess your skills. Seeing even a few 'repeat' questions can 'throw off' the Scoring Algorithm and impact your pacing, energy levels, fatigue, etc. (meaning that they would likely all appear to be better than they normally would be). Thankfully, the CATs from Kaplan, MGMAT and Veritas are all 'close enough' to the real thing that they will provide you with a relatively realistic score assessment (assuming that you correctly take the CAT in a realistic fashion).

Before I can offer you any additional advice for your studies, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:

Studies:
1) How long have you studied?
2) What study materials have you used so far?
3) How have you scored on EACH of your CATs (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?

Goals:
4) What is your goal score?
5) When are you planning to take the GMAT?
6) When are you planning to apply to Business School?
7) What Schools are you planning to apply to?

GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
Rich

To which tests have you subscribed? If Veritas, just mail us your request at customersupport@veritasprep.com

Though, to be honest, retaking a test does not give you an accurate measurement of your ability. In fact, practice tests serve a different purpose though we often like to use them only for the score they indicate.

After every test, revisit every question and analyse it in detail. Figure out how you perform in various subjects under time constraints. Make a list of what’s natural to you and what’s not, what you can solve intuitively and what takes a lot of effort i.e. what you are already good at and what requires more effort. That’s how you can get maximum use out of a prep test.
They are great for practice and will help you learn how to handle time constraints. They help you apply the strategies you learn from your books with a ticking clock.

I am referring here gmatclub CAT's. I ahve given gmat last year in July but that was not up to the mark. So that's why need to renew my gmatclub CAT's. I have given myself a break. Now, I have again started the preparation. So, that's why just need these tests to be resetted
