Any idea how authentic are the resume feedback by European B schools - LBS, Oxford, HEC, IESE? Do they discourage anyone to apply?

Posted from my mobile device

No not at all..... They will give very constructive feedback. Also, suggest you the required GMAT score based on your profile. I have received feedback from LBS, IESE, Imperial.

Yes, they give the right feedback. However keep in mind, first impression lasts long. If you are submitting your profile to them, it should make you look desirable. How do you do that? By having a strong resume that shows: 1. career progression; 2.leadership skills; 3.achievments and $$ impact of your work. 4. Community leadership (the additional info section). Many a time, applicants don't submit compelling profiles and that surely can not help creating the desired impression or being encouraged to apply.

Some programs such as LBS- as has been pointed out above- also let you know if you are a better fit for another program offered by the school.
