GMAT Official Scores not received after 20 days

Question

I took the GMAT exam on the 15th of October. However, I have still not received my Official Score Card.

I have contacted GMAT customer care and registered a case. However, I am afraid as I had a very good GMAT score and have deadlines starting the 15th of December. Is there any way to expedite or escalate this query with PearsonVue? I did face a technical issue during my exam where my screen did not go forward at one question. I selected the option and clicked "Next", but it would not forward saying "You have to answer this question before moving forward." In order to fix this issue, the official at the test centre paused and restarted the exam.

GMAC customer care is really not world class so you must persistently keep checking with them on mails, calls and chats. Here as well, you can tag them.

Meanwhile, check your login whether you have the score ready for download.

Yes, I have been trying to follow up. They are stating Covid as the reason for increased turn around time on tickets.

I checked my login, I am unable to download my score card, but I am able to see the list of institutes I had selected to send my scores to as well as the option to request and Enhanced Score Report.

How can I tag GMAC here?

It seems you still have a month until your deadlines. Why the rush? you have plenty of time. It is not like they mail these things. The official score is instantly available for the business school to verify it in their system AFTER the application deadline. If you still have a month until the deadline, I would focus on applications. Your AWA will likely get graded very soon (that's the hold up - AWA).

I am not in a rush. It seems like a rare incident based on what I've read online so far, so I am concerned. I also read that in case of certain issues, investigation could take several weeks.

Additionally, each call to the GMAC customer care means I spend at least 20 minutes waiting to get to a human. My request was escalated internally yesterday and I should have a definitive response soon.

Huh. Very weird. I wonder what could be the hold up... I would say you have nothing to worry about. It seems some reports indicate that AWA scores don’t seem to play much overall in admissions this year.

Can somebody tell me how to contact GMAT Customer Service on the phone? I only see their online form / email on the website, and they have not responded to my queries from that channel.

I took my GMAT Online test on Dec 13, and have not received my scores yet. It's now way past their 20 day deadline.

No, there has been no response at all, not even an indication that there is a pending review.

(The test itself went thru smoothly and there seemed to be no hitch, so I didn't expect any hold up)

How many times have you emailed them since you took your test?

Three times : first I sent in a request for information and received a stock response to 'wait for 20 days' and I realized it had only been 11 business days (16 calendar days).

then I asked again after 21 business days, and again yesterday. But after the first response I have not had anything else back from them.

It seems they are holding it up for some reason.... sorry about that. 
If you need it to apply - you can still apply and share the official score down the road with the business school. You don't need to send it in at the time of the application, just need to have the score breakdown to put on your application.
