I think that it is A. Everything seems to be parallel and the singular/plural, i.e. dolphins ... made ... seems to be correct.

Edit: I read too fast. I do agree with the notion that the pronoun's should be in the same lower case. Hence it should be 'moray eel' instead of 'Moray eel'.

I would go with B.
Parallelism and Singular/ Plural are all taken care of.
The only difference with A is that Moray is captial. I chose B to make sure its common with all items in the list.

Also for options C,D,E, a comma is expected before the and if the list is more than 2 items.
