Question is if i have played cricket for three years now is correct usage or not.

Now usually comes at the end of the sentence as an adverb of time, for some emphasis.

Did the sentence mean to say "I have played ticket for three years at the moment?"

If so, then it may be "correct". But it depends on the other four options in the question!

Though it's neater to say for emphasis, "At the moment, I've played ticket for three years."

Can you post the SC question?
OR are you writing it for AWA? If for AWA always go with the neatest less colloquial expression.
