Hi there,
I would contact Tuck (via the general admissions address or application/tech support address) and tell them you uploaded the wrong version of an essay. They can usually replace it on their end and if you do it quickly enough, it might happen before your application gets fully processed / read. You'll never know for sure that they won't see it, but at least I think it's worth trying to replace it.
