Hi Guys!
I just gave my GMAT a few days back (in centre) and scored a 720 (Q50, V37). This was my third attempt and I scored a 680 (Q49, V33; Q47, V37) in both my previous attempts - one in Jan, 2020 and one in June, 2020.
My score in mocks usually ranges from 720-750 and I want to give the GMAT another shot - one last attempt at a 750!
I read somewhere that giving it more than 3 times negatively affects the candidature? Is this true?
PS: I mostly won't be applying to schools this year. So no time constraints as such.
PPS: Indian non-IT Male here.

First off, a 720/Q50 is an outstanding Score, so you will be able to comfortably apply to any Business Schools that interest you. Since you are ultimately asking Admissions questions, you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile and plans. Those Experts should be able to answer your Admissions questions and help define the specific areas of your profile that could use some improvement.

Since you are not facing any immediate application deadlines, you might find it more worthwhile to your OVERALL application to work on other aspects of your profile (as opposed to continuing to focus your energies on the GMAT when you already have a really high Score).

If you score 750 on your next GMAT, then you really should not worry about the fact that you took the GMAT 4 times. Also, 680 and 720 are pretty great scores, so you should be fine displaying those scores on your official score report.
