Agree that it's such a torture, but I also think the game is not over. If you believe you're the perfect fit for MIT and have the stats to support it, then you should have the confidence you're going to at least get an interview. I don't know about you, but before I apply to a job, I kind of having a feeling for my chance of getting an interview.
In any case, just one more week to go. If I don't get in Sloan, I know I've tried my best. Who knows, it might be their loss (just like how HBS regrets every day for not taking Warren Buffet).
