A is the correct option: because 'distinguish A from B' is a correct idiomatic form.
B is incorrect: since 'between' is removed, 'from' should be used instead of 'and'.
C is incorrect: 'among' can only be used to compare between more than 2 things.
D is incorrect: 'between' and 'from' can't be used concurrently. either 'distinguish between A and B' or 'distinguish A from B'.
E is incorrect: 'distinguish A versus B' is not idiomatic.
