I feel like hitting myself because my "preferred" phone number has expired after the submission date, with no option to change it in the application menu.
So even if I was among the lucky 40%, I would not know...
Come on, everyone! Way too early for the dejection. In the past he calls as late as 8pm, and sometimes even Wed morning.
