Hi all,

I have a question that's been bugging me for a while, I would really appreciate your help with it :)
I heard that international students can start startup companies in the US however, I find it hard to understand how is it possible.
According to both F-1 and J-1 visa you aren't allowed to work on your business unless it's part of the 12 months of work after graduating.
Moreover, as far as I understand, if I start a company in my home country, I still can't exactly work on it while in the US! The visa allows me to do market research, fund raising etc' but I can't do any product developement or selling.

Is there any way to get around this? I would really appreciate your feedback about it.
