I just wanted to know if anyone could give me an accurate idea of how important it is to know Swedish when applying for companies in Sweden? For example, I know it is extremely important to know Spanish in Spain, maybe not as important to know German in Germany. I am looking at marketing roles, and I think the fact that it is a very customer-centric function may also cause a problem for international students?

Just did a random Google search and found this article by Transferwise on jobs in Sweden. Don't want to pass any judgement based on one article but their first point to was to learn to speak Swedish if you are seriously looking for job opportunities in Sweden.
