1. Once admitted can anyone negotiate the amount of scholarship?
2. What are the option for an international student to get a US student loan? On average, what is the max someone can ask for?
3. What are the alternatives to pay for an MBA?

Depends on a lot of factors. But mainly schools entertain such requests only when they are presented with a competing offer from another school with a higher scholarship.
2. What are the option for an international student to get a US student loan? On average, what is the max someone can ask for?
If you do not have a co-signer, your options are limited to private lenders. Some schools have special tie-ups with banks like Discover to offer a special rate loan. Loan amounts vary as per lender and program. Generally banks such as discover offer up to 100% of your cost of attendance. Popular private lenders like Prodigy fund only up to 80% of your COA.
3. What are the alternatives to pay for an MBA?
You could also apply for a loan in your home country, or for external scholarships by 3rd party institutions.
