Hi Kelzie01,
A 710 is a fantastic first CAT score. It's important to continue making each CAT that you take as realistic as possible.
With a Q43/V44, you have a greater opportunity to pick up points in the Quant section (and Business Schools tend to prefer a higher Quant Scaled Score anyway, so you will benefit in multiple ways by raising THAT score). The Q43 means that you were really good at most of the 'math' questions that you faced, but you missed out on a lot of 'strategy-based' points (likely in DS, but in some PS questions too). Take a good look at the Quant questions that you got wrong and think about WHY you got them wrong. How many were due to silly/little mistakes? How many could have been solved by TESTing VALUES or TESTing THE ANSWERS? If you're looking for additional advice/insights into individual questions, then you should post them in the appropriate forums here. You can also feel free to contact me directly.
