Request guidance and advice:I am looking to improve my verbal score drastically (at least 12 points) and reach 50/51 consistently on quant (improve by 1/2 points). Outlining my current prep and schedule.

Background: Working professional (45-50 hr work week - managerial level). Non native.
Target: 760+
----
GMAT prep:Duration 100 days. Today there are 40 days to go for my exam in the second week of Jan '15.
Only self study (enrolled for egmat SC today morning - not sure how it will pan out)
----
Current status of scores:I have given 3 mocks - (MGMAT1, GMAT Club 1,
MGMAT 2 respectively)
Quant: 45, 49, 49 - I believe with more practice and focus I can get this up to 50/51
Verbal: 34, 32, 29 - Decreasing scores and all areas look weak
----
Quant Prep:I have a very exhaustive quant prep schedule.
Theory: All
MGMAT quant guide only skimming, GMAT club theory book, some old notes
OG Diagnostic: Excellent/Above average
MGMAT quant guide: 77 incorrect (across all books) - errors logged - reviewed once - non timed
OG Quant review: Done - 43 incorrect - errors logged - reviewed once - timed (sub 110 sec average)
OG: Easy 100% accuracy, Medium 85%, Hard 80% - errors logged - but not reviewed - timed (sub 120 sec average)
MGMAT Advanced Math: 78% accuracy on 150 questions of workout sets - errors logged - but not reviewed - partly timed (over 120 sec on avg approx 210 sec)
Bunuel signature PS questions: Completed all - accuracy ranges from 50%-90% - errors logged - but not reviewed - timed (over 120 sec average)
Bunuel signature DS questions: Completed all - accuracy ranges from 10% - 90% - errors logged - but not reviewed - non timed and needs a lot improvement
I am doing only two things now:
1.
Error log review
2. And, GMAT Club quant tests
That is all what I will do for quant.

Verbal Prep:Now comes the real problem. I am guilty of not putting in more hours in the preparation despite being aware that this is a weak area.
Theory: SC:
MGMAT SC - read it multiple times made notes and revised numerous times but not able to retain completely, therefore application is poor.
CR: Powerscore Bible - read multiple times, able to grasp quite well and when I am able to apply the concepts I get the question right. Sometimes I am not able to figure out the question itself. But I believe this can improve with some more practice.
RC: Skimmed through
MGMAT book. Did not find it very useful. Accuracy rates in mocks is deplorable but in timed practice conditions its quite decent.
Diagnostic: None (actually some random quizzes to realize that I was average)
Problems: OG Verbal review: SC: Easy 81% accuracy, Med 87%, Hard 59% (timing 66,90,105 sec respectively)
CR: Easy 96% accuracy, Med 82%, Hard 60% (timing 78,102,120 sec respectively)
RC: 78% accuracy overall with 106 sec timing
OG (in progress): SC: Easy 77% accuracy, Med 78%, Hard not attempted (timing 88,99 sec respectively)
CR: Easy 86% accuracy, Med 66%, Hard 56% (timing 81,109,122 sec respectively)
RC: In progress 95% accuracy overall with 65 sec timing (all easy questions as of now)
I plan to do:
1. Souvik's collection on SC, CR & RC
And, also have 77 sets of LSAT CR and 39 sets of LSAT RC. Would like to do some of these also
----
The problems:Verbal - 1.
SC: I do not remember the theory after literally mugging things up. Application is poor. I feel I am solving questions with whatever little knowledge of English I have rather than the concepts I have learned. In the 3 mocks I have given I seem to be confused and re-reading things. Have very little confidence now. The path to a super score is not clear to me at the moment.
2.
CR: I understand the question types and if I am able to pre-think/pre-phrase I get the questions correct. Have more confidence in this section but the mocks don't reflect that. What can I do to improve my accuracy here?
3.
RC: I understand passages well even if they are difficult but lose out on questions like inferences and assumptions or the tone type of questions. I usually stumble on to two choices. This is a dangerous situation to be in. Again what could I do to improve for a 99%ile score
Quant - I want to eliminate all silly mistakes which I see are at least half a dozen in my exams. I believe I need to be in touch with quant to be good at it, therefore have dedicated almost 5 hours to 7 hours a week to do practice sessions. How can I reach a 50/51 consistently?
Test date - Should I push it further so that I can make the most out of the e-gmat for SC and improve my scores. Any feedback on the course is welcome. Do I have a sound game plan for test day?

I use a scratch pad and take AWA & IR for every test.
Thanks for your time to read through. I will be grateful if I can get some guidance.
