Hello everyone.
I purchased Practice Exams 3 & 4 a few days ago and decided to complete Mock 3 today. However, I have been facing a "system error" that's preventing me from accessing and completing the exam. Initially I was able to complete the verbal section, but was unable to proceed further. So, I thought resetting would help, but I'm still facing the same error. How can I solve this problem? I've already cleared cookies/cache, and restarted everything. I've emailed the help team, but would appreciate it if anyone can help me solve this problem even sooner.
Also, I am unable to find out the scaled score for my verbal reasoning section, so I'd appreciate it if anyone can make sense of this:
- 24 questions correct / 12 incorrect
- Incorrect questions order: 2,3,10,15,16,21,23,24,25,29,32,35

Unfortunately, there's no way to get an accurate score estimate from that data. Wait for customer support to get back to you.
