Hi, I took GMAT last year in Oct'18 and got a mediocre score of 590. I took a break thereafter and started preparing full fledged since February, took the GMAT test in Apr'19 and scored 680 (44Q, 39V). When I looked at my score, I was satisfied but on deep diving I realized that my math percentile (50) isn't good enough. I have scheduled another GMAT at the end of this month but fear that colleges may mind not accepting the new scores heartily in the applications since the two tests are kind of a month apart. Now there's nothing that can be done about it; but is it really something which could affect my application badly ?
PS The reason my math score was bad because I went through a extra slow pace and couldn't mark the answer for the last question. I was doing fairly on math part for all my practice exams (consistent 49 score) so I was pretty confident of making it through flying colors. But the unfortunate thing happened!
Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks!
