I went to IESE myself and graduated not too long ago.
Amazon, considered Tech, hires around 40 people. However, the roles are mainly in logistics, so you would run a warehouse full of packages and people. Don't know if that's what you want?
Generally, in Europe, the Tech roles are meant for the commercial side of the business. It's quite rare that someone does Product Management. And if that person lands this job, it would be in the US!
Salaries are in Spain post-MBA vary from EUR 40k to EUR 70k.
Hope that helps

Great info. Thanks! Not exactly sure what you mean for “the commercial side of the business”. What are the roles graduates do for tech companies (can you expand on this) ?

In Europe, the roles mainly cover Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain Management...stuff like that.
It's not like in Silicon Valley, where you sit with a bunch of crazy guys, inventing the next big thing and then coming up with a business plan and plan how to launch it. That's only in the US.

To be fair, that also happens, what Adrian just described would be entrepreneurship.

There's a difference in salaries between us and eu yes, but keep in mind also the cost of living (that is living in the bay area vs living in Spain for instance), as well as the other costs, healthcare, holidays (approx 30 per year + public holidaysl, work life balance etc.

Either way, iese the past few years has been experiencing a growth in tech placement.

Also note that most of where you end up is on your own merit, not the school you went to.
If the question is, does iese facilitate contact with big tech, the answer is yes. Where you go to from there is up to you.

To compare top 25 (Nr 25 is Nr 52 global) us with rank 13 global is a difficult thing to do.
