Something else I've been curious about for a while- What is this math diagnostic all about?

International Student Orientation starts August 7, 2015. BaseCamp will start August 10, 2015. First day of mini 1 will be August 31, 2015.

Thanks for the info and for removing my speculations, farful. Anyone going to Welcome Weekend? It would be nice to meet people from the internet in the real world (in a non creepy way lol). My wife and I will be in Pittsburgh 4/23 - 4/26.

Math Skills Workshop Course Objective We offer a Math Skills Workshop (MSW) as a review course of the quantitative skills that will facilitate your transition into the MBA program. Please check your admission letter to determine if your successful completion of the MSW core is a condition of your admission. You are also welcome to register and complete the course if you would like to take it as a refresher. Course Format To accommodate the wide spectrum of backgrounds in our incoming class, the course will be organized in five modules. The five modules are algebra, mathematical finance (exp/log), differentiation, multivariable calculus, and probability. There will be diagnostic tests available to help you determine what modules you should attend. The course will focus on the main concepts and skills that you will need in your MBA program. Diagnostic Tests Diagnostic tests will help you determine the level of preparation you will need for live instruction during BaseCamp. You will be able to attend the entire Math Skills Workshop or just those sessions where you need to brush up on the details.

It is mentioned in the decision letter. Pretty excited to get in after hosts of rejects.

Unfortunately, the scholarship information would in the admission letter. Congratulations to those who got admitted. Hopefully you guys have some tough decisions...but decide to come to Tepper!
