Total -Neither = All Air Conditioning + All Power Windows - Both

or 65 - Neither = 45 + 30 -12 = 63.

=> Neither = 2, hence A.

I follow MGMAT's advice for problem such as this and use double matrix. It keeps the data organized. Also provides an easy way to reconfirm the answer (by adding up the rows and columns). The Double matrix for this question is attached. Light blue is given and green is what is needed.

Final answer = 2
