This question is from GRE test.

This lengthy sentence just tries to say that the ratio of the bodies of dwarf and those of nondwarf is smaller than the ratio of the teeth of the dwarf and those of the nondwarf.

If we undestand what the heck this sentence tries to say, we could easily find the correct answer A.
