Will the profits resulting from '­Brand C for $3.75 per box' not yield higher profits vis-a-vis 'Brand C for $3.50 per box'.

IMO, (E) should be the correct answer for Q2.

The number of box sold matters here. At 3.75, the number of boxes sold is lower than at the price 3.5. See the screenshot.
