The centre of Circle being P tells us that radius of the circle = 4

i.e. the biggest straight linear dimension that can be measured between any teo points on the circumference of the circle = Diameter = 2*4 = 8

i.e. the biggest length out of the options given that can be measured inside the circle = 7.99
