There are 2 issue with original sentence.
1. Countries. (Country’s vs countries)
As Company is located in a particular location use of countries is ambiguous we should use possessive country’s.
2. One more (one more and additional one are same in meaning), vs (another)
As company is relocating we cannot use one more or addition one. We have to use another.
