Side of 3 square = side of triangle
Side of X = 5 ( ~ Area of Square = (Side)^2)
Side of Y = 12
Side of Z = 13
Since the triangle is right angle triangle
Area of Triangle = 1/2 * base (side of Y)*Height (Side of X)
= 1/2 *12*5 = 30
