Hi all:
If the stats about on LBS are not cooked up then, they have really done well. Below is an email from this year graduate from INSEAD. He as put in contact with me during one f the open house. Anyone with 50K euros ?

Well, the LBS stats are looking at MBA2008 students (and MBA2009 internships), many of whom likely recruited at the end of 2007 or beginning of 2008 -- which explains the better numbers. In contrast, the January '08 intake at INSEAD were probably recruiting much later in '08 (during significantly poorer economic conditions).

It will be interesting to compare the September '08 intake numbers for INSEAD with the MBA2009 report from LBS.

so BW is already reporting atleast 1 interview. Any idea what time emails are sent out? I imagine similar to Oxford it will be late in the afternoon / early evening GMT so around noon in America.

Good luck to all.

My understanding is that as of today, everyone who applied in R2 will get one of the following 3 emails:
- Interview Invitation
- Ding
- We're still making decisions, we'll let you know tomorrow

From what I can tell, getting the third "delay" email is not an indication you'll get dinged tomorrow (based on what I read about R1 LBS emails). That's all I know - as of 11:30am CST nothing from LBS yet...

Congrats to those who got the interview.

Could you share your profile? So I could see what I was lacking in.

Much appreciated

Rejected as well. This is where my MBA journey ends. Don't plan to apply/reapply anywhere. Am 0/3 now. Where's the 'zero admits club' thread? :-D

Admission decision delayed... not sure what that means.. its been attributed to high volume of applicants
