There's a thread on businessweek - forums dot businessweek dot com; search for 'LBS admissions 2010'....but nothing there either so far! almost lunch time in london now..

"as far as my experience goes, the decision comes around 12 noon on the date expected. atleast it did for me!good luck guys!"

Read in other forum:
Adcom informed an applicant who called them up to confirm the time that results will be out by 7pm. So I guess we need to chill out for a while :).

I think LBS specifically designs their essays to be really generic, and everyone has no problem fitting in the compelling bits of their story in there.

which, when you think of it, make our best hard to stand out against the relative best of the other applicants

which, brings us all back to square 1.

In Stage 1, the round in which I applied, it appears that at least some of the invitations were sent out all at once at ~20:00 GMT the day preceding the stated notification date.

a river going into the sea may forget it's source, but the source will remember the river and keep on supplying.
or how about it b'comin a lake.

On the HSBC boards, I have actually seen a lot of those! I think anyone who travels a lot these days would have seen those!
