My name is Brad and LBS is my top choice, followed by two US schools. I hope all my fellow 2011 LBS applicants can share their application progress on this thread much like the 2010 LBS thread. I actually attended an MBA fair last fall and spoke with the LBS staff and got the ball rolling then. Over the past 6 months or so it has become apparent that LBS fits what I am hoping to get from an MBA and I'm focusing my efforts accordingly. I checked today and it looks like they've put up the essay questions. I'm on vacation for the next month, so it will give me time to draft a couple first drafts. I've already read a couple MBA Admissions books and have a spreadsheet filled with my brainstorming for the general topics that appear on the essays. I'm still not sure whether I will use a consultant to review my essays or whether I will go the friends, family and colleagues route. Beside the obvious cost of a consultant I feel that drafting and editing myself is almost a matter of pride, ...or maybe hubris. Anyone have any thoughts on this? I saw that line on the email that gave me the details of my interviewer.

I'm based in Houston, and my interview invite also said March 25th. However, I've traded a few emails with the admissions coordinator due to some scheduling issues, and her last reply said best of luck on the "decision day of March 24th." I think the 25th thing was either a typo or, as was suggested, has to do with the question of whether midnight is the 24th or 25th. Either way, pretty sure we're getting something this evening. Agreed. I confirmed the decisions notification date with my interview coordinator and she noted March 24th GMT although my email too noted March 25th, which must have been a typo. Good luck everyone.

couldn't find any solid facts on that =(

Actually one poster had 70% of those interviewed were admitted, which was referenced by an AdCom in a 2008/9 online chat. Not sure that it's still 70%, but I think (and hope!) that it's at least 50%
