Please feel free to post any questions, suggestions, or resources available for IR section here.

Great initiative from e-GMAT!

e-GMAT has recently launched a full-fledged course on Integrated Reasoning. e-GMAT will be regularly posting questions and articles related to IR. As of now, they have already posted one question each from the four sub-sections of IR (Graphical Interpretation, Table Analysis, Two-part and MSR) and one article on weighted average, which is useful in TA and GI questions.

One of Magoosh experts, Kevin, recently created a short, 3-minute video about the IR section. Hope you find it helpful.

There can't be anything better than seeing Bunnel starting a thread on Integrated reasoning. I'm sure it means unflinching support from Bunnel on Integrated reasoning section besides quant section.
Thanx a ton Bunnel, the legend.

No sure if that could considered a 'resource' per se... but that would probably be a good source of answers and clarifications...

What is better, taking the test before or after the change? I am in the middle and I don't know what to do.

I'm practising since the 1st of February and I'm a little bit shocked because I scored 640 on the GmatPrep1# and 520 on the Mgmat1#... I keep practising.. :)

Additional resources for Integrated Reasoning questions:
1) buy the OG 13th (already available)
$42.95 from the official website http://www.mba.com/store/product-info.a ... uctID=5028)
or
$21.49 from Amazon http://www.amazon.com/The-Official-Guid ... gy_b_img_b

OG 13th includes online access to:
'Only' 158 new questions (749 are repeats from OG 12th)
A new online study companion with 50 Integrated Reasoning questions and answer explanations
An Integrated Reasoning chapter with details about the new GMAT exam section

If you have OG 12th already, you probably want to skip OG13th...
Look for related discussions here:

og-13-review-from-an-average-student-s-perspective-130088.html

2) you may want to get access ONLY to the online study companion with 50 Integrated Reasoning questions and answer explanations - for $10:
http://www.mba.com/store/product-info.a ... uctID=5032
Be careful, this offer is only available until June 5th!

The Online Integrated Reasoning Section is available separate from the Official Guide for GMAT® Review, 13th edition until June 5, 2012. After then, it will only be available as a part of the book.
*mba.com promotions not applicable for this product
**This product contains the same content as The Official Guide for GMAT Review, 13th Edition Integrated Reasoning companion site. If you have purchased the 13th Edition Guide book, you already have access to this content. There are no refunds for this product.

3) Wait until April 24th and the release of the MGMAT 9th Strategy Guide on Integrated Reasoning and Essay Writing.
the-next-generation-gmat-gmat-integrated-reasoning-130224.html#p1071315
http://www.amazon.com/dp/1935707833?ie= ... zon_com-20
134 pages for $16.98.
Note that this MGMAT guide will likely reference the IR questions from the OG13th/ IR question bank.

Have I missed any existing or forthcoming IR specific question bank?

What do you mean by "The Online Integrated Reasoning Section is available separate from the Official Guide for GMAT® Review, 13th edition until June 5, 2012" . If I purchase it now how long will I have access to these questions ? Will it expire on June 5th 2012.

Hi AbhiJ,
I am pretty sure that:
*the June 5th deadline only applies to how long this offer is available for purchase.
* access would be maintaining past that date

Couldn't find for how access to that online question bank would be granted for so
I asked GMAC on their FB page...
Will keep you posted!

http://www.facebook.com/OfficialGMAT

PS: To me, this offer really make sense if you:
- already have the OG 12th
- are taking the exam after June 5th
- you need some good IR questions for practice
- you are leaving outside the US and don't want to pay for international shipping costs

@OfficialGMAT: Analysis of an Argument will remain, but Analysis of an Issue will be dropped. #mbachat
