The present relationship between privilege and superiority has its roots in the boarding schools of England. These schools (with enrollment limited to the elites) were given the task of nurturing the future leaders of colonial Britain. The foundation of the British Empire was built on these leaders. They were not only responsible for building and managing the Empire but also for establishing the rules and routes towards privileges for the whole Empire.
Which of the following statements, if true, best strengthens the author’s assertion that the present relationship between privilege and superiority has its roots in the boarding schools of England?
A. The British Colonies are following the former British pattern of education system till date.
B. The boarding schools of England have continued the legacy of training world leaders for the post-colonial world.
C. 75% of the current world billionaires are alumni of at least one of the 500 elite educational institutions.
D. 85% of the political elites in the world were trained by boarding schools.
E. The relationship between privilege and superiority is established during the school days.

Sorry, but this question isn't a valid CR at all. The argument is talking about history, and about how the role of boarding schools in the past built our present world and its inequalities. To strengthen that, we'd need an answer that talked about how those PAST events led to the world we have today. These answers about current education trends, or %s of usage, have nor relevance at all to the conclusion. Toss this one and study official CR!
