The proposed budget will result in few things:-

It will Shrink PD, halt ambulance shift and suspend recycling. We need parallelism in 'Shirnk', 'halt' and ' suspend'.

Only option E mentions this correct parallelism.

it is proposed cut that will have some effects X y and Z , which are reuired to be parallel.

hat will shrink x , halt y and suspend z.
